Are You Really From Wisconsin?
YES! We are Wisconsin lifers. Ryne was born and raised in Green Bay growing up a stone’s throw from Lambeau Field. Kelly hails from the lovely city of Appleton. We love everything about northeast Wisconsin (except the sub-zero temperatures) and there is nowhere else we would rather raise our two wonderful children. We’ve traveled around this great country and there is just something special about the people in northeast Wisconsin.
Experience in Service
Ryne background is in personal finance receiving his Bachelor of Science in Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and Masters of Business Administration – Finance from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. He has helped hundreds of small businesses set-up retirement plans. He also works with employees at small businesses to help them get on track with saving for retirement.
Kelly also has a background in servicing others. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education from St. Norbert’s College and Master’s in Administrative Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has worked for a non-profit to help individuals in northeast Wisconsin utilize state programs and find permanent employment. Currently she is an elementary school teacher as her passion is helping children reach their potential.

We Have Been There Too
So what got us down the path of buying homes? Really, you want to know? Well to make it short and sweet, we needed help as well. The stress of massive debt from student loans, credit cards, losing a job, and expensive unexpected home repairs have impacted our lives greatly. Over the past decade, we’ve worked extremely hard to overcome these stressful situations. To be honest, we are still trying to improve ourselves a little bit every day. Now we pay it forward to help others do the same.
We believe service is the best way to find fulfillment and happiness. Making it easy for homeowners and landlords to sell their homes without the stress that typically goes along with selling through a real estate agent is a great way we can serve others and our community.
